Are you taking a walk? This guided meditation will help bring intentional awareness, mindset- shifting, gratefulness and energy balancing to your walking practice. You will first be guided to connect with nature and the scenes around you and connect with yourself. You will then be guided to access your higher self through a series of questions that are designed to bring you into a place of 'in this moment' self-acceptance, body-acceptance and self-appreciation, which brings a deeper, subtle sense of self-confidence. Let's take an intentional and transformational walk. Good morning or evening,

Whenever it is that you're taking your walk.

I'm LaToya,

Your energy and inner power coach,

Guide,

And practitioner.

I am so grateful to be on this walk with you.

Let's take some time to center,

Ground,

And be present on your walk.

Then we'll open portals for you to get some answers on the questions that are hanging out in your energy body and your aura today.

If your health allows,

Let's take three deep breaths.

Deep breath in,

And release.

Nice.

Take another one.

Deep breath in.

Exhaling into the present moment.

And last one.

Deep breath in.

And exhaling your presence right into your body.

Take a moment to look around you.

Are there any nature elements around you that you can connect with?

That you can send gratefulness for?

That you can receive a message from,

Even?

Greenery,

The wind,

Changing of colors or growth or natural process happening around you?

Animals or insects playing somewhere in the corner or in the air?

What do you see?

What do you hear?

What do you feel on your skin?

What do you smell?

Breathe in the air of gratefulness.

Exhale the air of oneness.

Let's do that two more times.

Breathe in the air of gratefulness.

Exhale the air of oneness.

What are you truly grateful for in this very moment?

Inhale that in.

And how can you truly feel connected to all that is around you?

Exhale that out.

Now allow your abdomen and chest to expand fully as you make the most of this oxygen exchange on this walk.

Take a moment to feel the theme of today in your body.

Today's theme is self-acceptance and confidence.

Where,

If anywhere,

Does it feel heavy or stuck or like it just needs a little more oomph in your body?

Acknowledge it and intend that you will walk out as much of it out of your body as your body allows for today.

And whatever it allows to be walked out is enough.

Let these questions enter your mind and float up to the collective consciousness and divine intelligence.

Some of the questions may repeat.

This is to signal to your awareness that the answers may come in different ways at different times.

Only intend that you will be open to the answers,

Awakenings,

The ahas,

When and how they come to you.

Mostly,

Be present with your surroundings,

Your body,

And your breath.

Let's start with this walk.

You made such a great choice for yourself by taking this walk today.

Can you accept and be grateful to yourself right now for this walk?

You are choosing to be intentional about this walk.

Another phenomenal choice.

Can you accept and be grateful to yourself right now for choosing to be intentional?

Choosing to be intentional points to choices in your life that you have led to choosing to be more conscious,

Aware,

Awakened.

Can you accept this about yourself and can you be grateful to yourself right now for this awareness and conscientious steps that you're taking?

What decisions,

Thoughts,

Actions did you take that you can appreciate about yourself in this moment?

Take notice of the past month.

What decisions,

Thoughts,

Actions did you take that you can appreciate about yourself in this moment?

Take notice of the past year.

What decisions,

Thoughts,

Actions did you take that you can appreciate about yourself in this moment?

Take a moment to shed all the expectations of others.

What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Can you give yourself appreciation for this accomplishment in this moment right now?

What is a part of your body that for whatever reason you had felt embarrassment or shame about?

In this secret and safe place of your awareness,

Can you send love and light and self-appreciation to that part right now?

Say today,

I choose to accept you.

Today,

In this moment,

I choose to accept this part of my body.

What is a part of your body that in your past someone made fun of or made a hurtful comment about?

Can you from the center of yourself,

From your higher self,

Send that part of your body love and light and acceptance and appreciation?

Say today,

I choose to accept you.

Today,

I choose to appreciate you.

Is there an event that has happened that for whatever reason has caused you to feel not accepting of yourself?

Whatever happened,

Whatever the results,

Being in this moment,

In the here and now,

On this walk with yourself,

Can you from the center of yourself,

From your higher self,

Send that part of yourself who was part of that event love and light and acceptance?

Let's first identify him or her.

How old?

What did he or she feel?

Talking about that self that was a part of that event.

Really connect with her or him.

And say,

Today,

I choose to accept you.

Today,

I choose to accept and appreciate you.

Today,

I choose to embrace and love you.

What do you choose to forgive yourself for today?

Do you choose to accept yourself just a little more today?

Do you choose to love yourself just a little more today?

As you say this phrase,

Allow it to vibrate throughout your body.

Taking a moment to be grateful for your walk,

For your body,

For the answers that came and will still come,

For the mindfulness and energetic healing that is already subconsciously at work,
