Cáceres Gardens (Alpha 10 Hz) Gentle Relaxation & Uplift

Cáceres Gardens was inspired by a trip through the Extremadura region of Spain. The bird song sampled in the track was recorded whilst walking through the beautiful public gardens in the historical town centre. This is a track for those who love nature soundscapes. The chanting elements represent the very ancient vibe you feel when walking through the town.

Underpinning the track is a 10Hz Alpha wave binaural beat for relaxation, with the music providing a gentle, uplifting feeling.
