Then start to gently close your eyes or have a soft gaze.
When you're ready,
Take a long breath in through the nose and then sigh it out through the mouth.
Again,
Let's do that one more time.
Deep inhale through the nose,
Long slow exhale through the mouth,
Just letting your shoulders soften and your face relax.
Now allow your body to sink into stillness.
Feel the ground beneath you supporting every part of you.
Now gently scan your body.
Notice your feet.
Can you let them grow heavy and rooted?
Notice your legs.
Can you soften them into the ground?
Notice your tummy.
Can you let it rise and fall with ease?
Notice your chest.
Can you loosen any tightness?
Notice your arms,
Your hands,
Your face.
Can you let them relax,
Releasing any masks that you may be wearing today?
With each exhale let go of something small,
Tension,
Doubt or distraction.
Now bring your awareness to your heart space and ask yourself softly,
What do I truly want to call into my life right now?
Let a simple wish rise.
It doesn't need to be big or perfect,
Just something that feels right for you today.
If nothing comes straight away,
That's okay.
Even the simplest of wishes is enough.
Maybe these words might help if you softly repeat them.
I'm calm and at peace.
Or maybe you'd refer,
I welcome love and support.
If you're still struggling for the right words,
That's okay.
Simply rest in the feeling of your wish already being here.
The relief,
The lightness,
The smile it would bring you.
Whether you're using words or the feelings,
Allow this intention to gently settle into your heart like a seed finding soil.
Now imagine your desire has already arrived,
You're living it.
Ask yourself,
How does it feel in my body?
What emotions arise?
Joy,
Gratitude,
Love,
Peace,
Maybe freedom.
Allow those emotions to grow stronger.
Picture them like warm sunlight glowing in your chest.
With each gentle breath let the light spread through your arms,
Into your hands,
Rising into your face to soften your eyes,
Lifting the corners of your mouth into a smile.
Now let it travel down your torso into your legs,
All the way down to your toes.
Your whole being is filled with the energy of already receiving.
Now step into a moment in the future where this desire is alive and real.
Where are you?
Look around.
What colours do you see?
What time of day is it?
Morning,
Afternoon or night time?
What light surrounds you?
Golden sun,
Soft lamplight or the moon's glow?
Notice textures and sounds,
The feel of the air,
The ground beneath you,
The voices or the music that surrounds you.
Ask yourself,
Who is with me in this moment?
What are they saying to me?
How are they celebrating,
Supporting or recognising me?
Now notice your body.
How am I standing?
How am I moving?
What expression is on my face?
What word might I be speaking?
If you can imagine reaching out to touch something in this scene,
A hand,
A surface,
An object that represents your dream.
Feel its texture,
Its warmth or coolness.
Breathe this image in as if it's happening right now.
See it,
Feel it.
Now place your hands gently onto your heart or your tummy,
Then gently ask yourself,
What would it mean to fully believe this is possible?
How would I carry myself if I trusted completely that this was already on its way?
Silently affirm to yourself now the following,
I believe I am worthy of this.
I align with it now.
I embody it today.
Let's do that one more time.

Imagine standing taller,
Walking with acquired confidence,
Smiling with ease.
See yourself tomorrow morning,
Carrying even a small part of this energy into your day.
It's already within you.
Now imagine your intention as a glowing seed in your hand.

Fertile soil.
Cover it gently and then water it with gratitude.
You don't need to dig it up or check on it every moment.
You trust it will grow.
Breathe with this rhythm.
