Dear friends,

Welcome to this gentle relaxation experience.

I'm Chiara and today I will guide you in this meditation through the sounds and the vibrations of my voice and its harmonics.

Before we start I would like to invite you to find a silent and quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably to receive the sounds that I'm about to offer to you.

Silence is a fundamental element in my guided sound meditations and you will hear it extensively throughout the whole experience.

I personally like to think that the sounds emerge with a soul humble purpose to make silence even more pleasant and enjoyable.

Once the experience is over there will be a longer silence.

I will then guide you out of the relaxation state.

When you feel ready we can start our journey.

I hope you will enjoy it.

Once you have placed yourself in a comfortable position please focus your attention on your breath and your body.

Your breath goes deeper in your body and as you go on try to do a scan of your body.

With your inner eye start from the very top of your head until your feet and try to feel each part of the body and each tension that you might feel in this moment.

Every time you inhale the airflow gently softens these tensions and when you exhale it brings them out of your space.

Once you finish scanning your feet do the same scan back through your body to the top of your head.

Feel the air embracing every part of you.

Your body is relaxed,

Your mind is calm and your breath flows gently in and out of your body.

Now I would like to invite you to visualize your breath as a beautiful bright ray of light,

A very luminous ray of light.

Every time it comes into your body it brings tranquility,

It offers you peace and clarity of mind and every time it leaves your body it brings away all the unnecessary thoughts,

The tensions,

The worries and again the air gently flows into your body and then flows away.

Inhale and gently exhale,

Inhale and gently exhale,

Inhale and gently exhale,

Inhale and gently exhale,

Inhale and gently exhale.

The air gently flows into your body and then flows away from it.

Your mind is calm,

Your mind is clear,

Your body is relaxed and your breath flows naturally and deeply.

You feel grateful for this time and for the energy that flows renewed into your body.

When you want you can start gently moving the fingers of your hands and your toes to feel this lovely energy again without rushing yourself.

When you feel like you can now turn to the side of your body that you prefer and keep listening to it for a few seconds more,

Bring your attention to your body and try to feel any changes or if the tensions that you felt at the beginning of the experience are still there.

Inhale and gently exhale,

Inhale and gently exhale.

When you want you can now rise and come back to a seated position.

Please make sure that your head is the last part of the body that you rise.
