Tracy Carreon

Tracy Carreon has long been captivated by life's big questions: How do we become who we are, and how can we create the life and sense of being we truly desire? Her journey of exploration began with writing, which led her to become a high school English teacher and, eventually, to write a novel. Through teaching, Tracy discovered a deep passion for guiding others toward personal growth and development. This drove her to pursue further education in Mental Health Counseling, ultimately leading to her role as a college Psychology and Stress Management instructor. During these years, Tracy's passion for mindfulness, coupled with her fascination with the neuroscience of change and growth, took root. She even voiced and produced a guided meditation CD at a time when CDs were still in vogue, helping others embark on inner journeys of peace and well-being. During this time she also became the original co-writer and voice for the Cleveland Clinic's stress management program. Now a health coach, educator, and speaker specializing in Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness, Tracy continues to share her expertise and passion. Writing and producing guided meditations remains one of her greatest loves, and she is dedicated to helping others cultivate deeper well-being and personal transformation.
