Welcome to the final meditation.
In this series of five.
Designed to help you gain confidence and find your authentic voice.
Affirmations are short,
Positive statements to help build confidence,
Reduce stress.
And stop negative thinking.
So if you can get yourself into a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes and take a few moments to tune in to your breathing.
Just breathe in a way that is normal for you.
And bring your awareness.
To each inhale.
To each exhale.
As you inhale calm.
And exhale worry.
Inhale,
Calm.
Exhale worry Just gently breathe in.
And breathe out.
And if any thoughts come to your mind.
Just let them pass by.
They do not need your attention right now.
Just continue.
To inhale.
And exhale.
And I would like you to repeat.
Each affirmation.
I am about to say to you.
In your mind.
And as you do so,
Seal it throughout your whole body.
I am in a safe space right now.
With each inhale,
I become calmer.
I am able to express myself fully.
I can speak with confidence and clarity.
My voice is strong and I can share my thoughts.
I communicate with authenticity.
Let these statements settle within you.
Feel them throughout your whole body.
As you breathe in deeply.
And breathe out slowly.
Breathe in deeply.
Breathe out slowly.
Now continue breathing in your own natural way.
And notice how you feel.
And I want you to imagine a blue glowing light.
At your throat centre.
This is a healing light and as it glows your throat begins to feel warm and soothed.
Any tightness there disappears.
The blue glowing light travels over your jaw.
Over your mouth.
Spreading the warmth all over your face.
Any tension in your face.
Slips away.
And you say to yourself.
I am able to express myself with ease.
I am able to communicate in a confident manner.
I can let my voice be heard.
You know you can listen with feeling.
And communicate with honesty.
You are confident and you can speak with clarity.
Now take a deep breath in.
Slowly breathe out.
And wiggle your toes.
Wiggle your fingers.
And gently open your eyes.
Peace be with you.
