If your mind is racing when you lay down to sleep, let this gentle guided meditation help you unwind. The soothing sounds and guided meditation will invite you into a long, deep, restorative sleep. Using calming 432Hz healing frequencies from nature and soft piano melodies, I designed this music to quiet your busy mind and tune your body unto peace & rest. As you drift off, the music continues for eight hours with subtle, gently sung blessings of "peace" and "love" to support your subconscious. I composed this piece to tune your body and heart beat to the frequency of rest and trust. The sleep meditation is based on my song “peace - all over you” and my hope is that it will help you relax into a good nights sleep (or nap) waking up refreshed, hopeful and rejuvenated. This meditation music is also suitable to help you drift into a much needed nap, for prayer, yoga, breath work, massage and relaxation.
