Welcome to these gentle affirmations to guide you into a deeper love for yourself, dear soul. As you begin to love and nurture yourself more deeply, your capacity to authentically love and care for others will increase also. I invite you to listen to the affirmations in the morning and repeat throughout the day to form new powerful positive beliefs about yourself. I recorded your affirmations to a piano melody I wrote one spring evening when I sat down at my old piano. I felt the clear message of the melody was "I love myself." May it take you to a deeper state of self-love and gentle care for yourself in every area of your life. The music is set to healing frequency to allow you to rest in a state of deep relaxation and peace as you allow those new truths wash over you and replace limiting beliefs with deep love for yourself. Please leave a review or comment if the affirmations have supported your personal growth and healing. I would love to hear from you. Love & peace always, Nancy

Hello beautiful soul.

Welcome.

Thank you for joining me today.

My name is Nancy and today I will guide you in affirmations to deepen the love for yourself.

As you begin to love and nurture yourself more deeply,

Your capacity to authentically love and care for others will also increase.

Today I invite you to listen to the affirmations in the morning and repeat throughout the day to form new,

Powerful,

Positive beliefs about yourself.

You may also repeat them before bedtime to let those affirmations sink in as you're drifting off to sleep.

I hope those words melt away any limiting beliefs of unworthiness you may have and help you center a new joy,

New love and peace within yourself.

Speaking these affirmations deepens your self-love and capacity to love.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Sitting or laying down.

Close your eyes if that's safe for you to do and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Into your belly and out through your mouth.

Let it all out.

One more time.

Deep breath in through your nose,

All the way through your belly and out.

And one last time.

Take a nourishing deep breath in to your body.

Hold it and let it all out.

Very nice.

Now let's begin.

Speak after me or repeat quietly in your mind.

I love and accept myself unconditionally.

I love myself just the way that I am.

I am unique.

I am lovable.

I am likable.

I am one of a kind.

I love myself.

I love and respect myself.

I honor myself.

I treat myself with kindness and understanding.

I am deserving of love and kindness.

I allow myself to be fully myself.

I am wonderfully made.

I am worthy of every good thing.

I am perfectly fine the way that I am.

I love myself the way I am.

I am loved the way I am.

I don't have to strive for love.

I am loved the way I am.

I smile towards my own heart.

I am gifting myself a smile.

I am taking time for myself and for my needs.

I am deeply loved and delighted in.

I am enough.

I am kind to myself.

I speak kindness to myself.

I honor the unique soul that I am.

I am lovable.

I am likable.

I am worthy of all good things.

I make decisions that I know will serve my well-being.

I encourage my soul daily.

I am grateful and grounded.

I treat myself with gentleness and care.

I treat myself with compassion.

I let go of any thoughts,

Actions and circumstances that aren't healthy for me.

I trust my inner wisdom.

I celebrate my uniqueness.

I enjoy gently caring for my wonderful body.

I am healing by slowing down.

I ground myself in gratitude.

I am glowing in divine light and love.

I am love.

As we are closing,

I invite you to take another deep breath in and another deep breath in and out.

Imagine yourself having taken in all those affirmations in your body,

In your mind,

In your soul,

In your spirit.

And a last deep breath in.

I invite you to return to these affirmations any time you feel you need a boost of confidence.

You can come back to these affirmations every single day,

Every morning,

Every evening.

Let them sink into your subconsciousness and transform the way you think about yourself.

You will see that after a few weeks you will start believing those things and living accordingly.

I would like to also invite you to pair these affirmations with some practical steps that show yourself love apart from speaking kindly to yourself.

What other self-love practices do you have?

How do you show yourself love on a daily basis?

For me it is making myself a gentle tea in the morning and at night.

Practicing a short gratitude meditation and prayer in the morning is another way.

For journaling,

Writing down good thoughts about yourself.

Practicing daily rituals that nurture your body and nourish your soul are powerful ways to deepen your love for yourself and others.

If you feel comfortable,

Feel free to share your self-care routines or affirmations with me to inspire other listeners in this community.

Thank you for practicing silence and affirmations with me today.

And remember,

All shall be well and the manner of all things shall be well.

Peace and love always.

Sending you joy,

Peace and love from my heart to yours.
