Flex the calves.
Thighs.
Flex the thighs.
Hips.
Move the hips right to left.
Hands on hips.
Squeeze right.
Squeeze left.
Both arms.
Give yourself a huge hug.
Keep hugging.
And keep hugging.
Shoulders.
Shrug your shoulders up and drop.
Shrug them up,
And draw.
Ears.
Rub your ears,
The lobe to the top.
The top to the lobe.
And one more time.
The top,
To the earlobe.
And the earlobe to the top.

Take your fingers.
