Many instruments are playing all at once.

The soft woodwinds of breath.
The brass of ambition.
The gentle harp of rest.
For a moment,
Don't try to quiet any of them.
Simply listen.
Notice how beneath the different sounds,
There is one steady heartbeat,
Keeping time for everything.
With your next inhale,
Feel that heartbeat say,
All of this belongs.
With your next exhale,
Feel every instrument soften just a little,
Trusting it is part of the same tune.
One more breath.
Inhale,
All of this belongs.
Exhale,
Let the music settle into gentle flowing harmony.
Rest here for a few breaths,
Feeling the different notes inside you no longer fighting,
But playing together.
When you're ready,
Take a final deep breath in and a long,
Releasing sigh out.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Open your eyes if they were closed,

The concert continues,
