I would love to invite you to take a comfortable laying down position,
Close down your eyes and take a deep breath in,
Allowing the air to fill your lungs.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension or stress you might be holding into.
Take another deep breath in and allow your body to soften with a slow and long exhalation.
And now I would love you to imagine yourself in a peaceful place.
It could be a beach,
A forest,
Or anywhere that brings you a sense of calmness and safety.
Take a moment to notice the surrounding around you,
How do you feel,
What can you smell,
What can you see,
What can you hear?
Maybe a gentle waves crushing,
Or leaves rustling,
Or birds singing.
Allow these sounds to deepen your relaxation.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine a warm,
Gentle light surrounding you.
Feel the warmth on your whole body,
In your heart,
Bringing a sense of comfort and tranquility.
Feeling the gentle,
Warm sensation on your skin,
Like a gentle touch of the feather.
Maybe a little tingling sensation on your skin.
And now bringing a gentle attention to your thoughts.
Notice any raising thoughts,
Worries,
Doubts,
Anything that might be present.
Acknowledge them,
And let them gently floating away like clouds in the sky,
Focusing on the present moment and the sensations in your body,
Feeling the sense of peace,
Calm.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort,
And imagine them gently melting away.
Allow your awareness to expand,
Letting the sound go deep within you.
Breathing deeply into your heart,
And enjoy this moment of stillness and peace.
Allow yourself to drift deeply into relaxation.
