Feeling your body begin to relax.

Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
With each breath,
Envision the air swirling around you.
Imagine it is as calming with a soft light filling your body with peace and tranquility.
Focus on the sensations in your body.
Notice if there are any areas where you feel tightness or discomfort.
As you breathe in,
Imagine sending relaxation to those areas.
And as you breathe out,
Let go of the tension,
Watching it dissolve like mist in the morning sunlight.

I invite you to visualize a serene place,
A peaceful beach,
A quiet forest,
Or even a cozy room filled with warmth.
Picture yourself there,
Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature or the gentle crackling of a fireplace.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
How does the air feel against your skin?
In this safe space,
Remind yourself that it's okay to let go of worries and concerns.
They do not belong here,
In this moment of serenity.
If thoughts arise,
Acknowledge them without judgment and gently guide your focus back to your breath and your peaceful surroundings.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Affirm to yourself,
I am safe.
I am calm.
I am at peace.
Repeat this softly in your mind with each breath in and out.
Feel your body becoming heavier with each breath,
Sinking deeper into relaxation.
Let your muscles soften,
Your mind quiet,
And your heart slow down.
