Relax your feet and plant them into the ground.

Imagine branches from your feet penetrating the floor,

Penetrating the earth,

Going to the center of the earth,

The core of the earth.

Imagine you grounded and rooted within your seat.

Relax your legs.

Relax your thighs.

Relax your hips.

Relax your chest and your stomach.

Relax your shoulders.

Relax your arms.

Relax any tension that you have in your neck.

Now imagine a gold ball hovering over the top of your head.

That gold ball now starts spinning and it starts spinning faster and faster.

And the faster it spins,

It starts dripping gold flakes,

Gold energy,

Gold drops on to your head.

The faster the ball spins,

You're drenched in gold.

The gold covers your head.

The gold covers your third eye.

The gold covers your eyes,

Then your nose,

Then your mouth.

Then your neck.

Then your shoulders.

Then your chest.

Then your stomach.

Now your hips.

Now your thighs.

Now your legs.

Now your feet.

And imagine gold seeping into the earth where the branches that you've planted in the center of the earth are.

And it's covering those branches.

Now take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath out.

Take a deep breath in.

And take a deep breath out.

As you're breathing,

Think about what it looks like for you to thrive.

Think about what it feels like for you to thrive.

Think about what your home looks like.

Think about what your car looks like.

Think about what your wardrobe looks like.

Think about what your kitchen looks like.

Think about the food that you eat.

Think about the laughs that you have.

Think about what it looks like for you to thrive.

Take a deep breath in.
