Hello lovelies,

Welcome to this guided meditation for clearing the mind.

Find a comfortable seated position,

Either on the floor or in a chair,

With your spine straight and your hands resting gently on your lap.

Or get comfortable by lying on the floor or on your bed,

Arms resting beside your body,

Hand palms facing up or down.

Close your eyes softly and begin to deepen your breath.

Take a few moments to simply notice your breath without trying to change it.

Feel the natural rhythm of your inhales and exhales,

Allowing each breath to bring you into a state of relaxation and presence.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your awareness to any tension or tightness you may feel in your body.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing that tension,

Allowing your body to soften and relax more deeply into the present moment.

Now,

Shift your attention to your thoughts.

Notice any thoughts that arise,

But instead of engaging with them,

Simply observe them without judgement.

Imagine each thought as a passing cloud in the sky,

Gently drifting by,

As you remain anchored in stillness and calm.

As you continue to observe your thoughts,

Imagine a bright white light surrounding you,

Radiating pure energy and positivity.

With each inhale,

Imagine this light growing brighter and more vibrant,

Filling you with a sense of clarity and peace.

As you exhale,

Visualize any remaining mental clutter or distraction being released from your mind,

Dissolving into the light around you.

Feel yourself become lighter and more spacious with each breath as your mind clears and expands into a state of pure awareness.

Now bring your attention back to your breath,

Focusing on the sensation of air entering and leaving your nostrils.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh energy and vitality.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing any remaining tension or resistance,

Allowing yourself to fully let go and surrender to the present moment.

Take a few more deep breaths here,

Feeling a sense of openness and clarity washing over you.

Know that you can return to this state of calm and clarity whenever you need by simply coming back to your breath and allowing yourself to let go of any mental clutter or distractions.

When you feel ready,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Gradually awakening your body from this state of relaxation.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the sense of clarity and peace you've cultivated during this meditation.

Remember,

You can return to this practice whenever you need to clear your mind and reconnect with the present moment.
