Let's settle in and take some long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Breathing in nourishing oxygen and releasing any tension you might be holding.

And when it's comfortable for you,

You can allow your eyes to gently close.

Continue to take deep breaths.

I would like you to imagine the feeling of a large,

Soft,

Plush blanket wrapping you in warmth.

So comfortable.

So soft.

So warm.

Let your skin,

Your muscles,

Your mind sink into this comfort.

You are so safe,

So held in this space,

Like a nurturing cocoon.

Gently,

Direct your breath into your heart space.

Begin to see a light here that is so pure,

So magnificent.

It just radiates pure,

Loving light.

And with each breath you take,

It just feeds more light.

Inch by inch,

This light expands to each muscle,

Each joint,

Each organ of your body.

And as this bright,

Warm,

Loving light expands,

Your flesh begins to glow and become light.

Slowly,

Let your doubts,

Your fears,

Your frustrations simply uproot and lift from your flesh.

These impurities simply float,

Like specks and globs of dirt and muck.

These dark particles collect and pack into a crust at the outer edges of your cocoon.

All the while,

The brilliant light from your core has been continuously expanding and intensifying pressure,

As if you contain your own personal sun.

And with your next deep breath,

The light cracks and shatters the cocoon,

And your pure,

Radiant being is released,

Revealing your beautiful,

Radiating body of light.

And it is absolutely breathtaking.

Bask in gratitude of the feeling of being so free,

So open and expansive.

Know that as you walk through this day,

You carry a body full of light into every space you occupy.

Imagine softening every environment with love,

Joy,

And peace.

Notice everyone and everything having more light in your presence.

Feel the love and eagerness to spread this love to the world.

Feeling at peace,

You can slowly start to bring your awareness back into the room,

Back into your body.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes.
