Take a deep breath in of all that is and send the beautiful bright white light of source throughout your entire body.

Know that you are already psychic and that as you connect to the life force energy,
You are instantly raising your vibration to that of which instant healing and manifestation can occur.
Settle yourself down now.
As you begin to relax,
Shrug your shoulders and then let them go.
Lift your arms slightly and then drop them down.
Rotate your head.
Ease out of any tension from your neck and your back.
Tense your leg muscles and then let them relax.
Good job.
Now take a deep breath and just let it out.
Now another deep breath and as you let it out,
Allow yourself to relax even more.
And then one more breath and really let yourself relax.
Now because you are aware of your breathing,
Of how your breath is moving gently in and out as you relax,
You then become aware of how on every breath out you can relax a little more.
And with every breath out,
You're ridding your fear,
Your limiting beliefs and your anxiety.
And just tell yourself that with every gentle breath out,
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
And take a few moments now to relax even more deeply and completely.
And notice how your relaxation progresses smoothly.
Now find the most beautiful,
Most quiet,
Most peaceful spot that you can.
Maybe on a warm afternoon,
Lying comfortably in the most relaxing place you've ever been.
So calm and peaceful.
Your mind is just drifting away.
Imagine your arms and legs are beginning to feel tired and heavy,
As heavy as lead.
Relax totally to just let the things go and drift away.
Now imagine being in a room somewhere.
This is the most magnificent and captivating room you've ever been in.
In that room,
You noticed a flight of golden crystal stairs.
These stairs are bright and beautiful.
You're excited to see what's at the bottom of these stairs.
You begin walking down them one step at a time.
The air around you feels so warm and comfortable.
With every step down,
You feel lighter and more relaxed.
It's as if you're floating down the stairs.
You have 10 more stairs to go down and you keep taking them step by step,
Going deeper and deeper with every breath.

You're as light as a feather.

And you floated into a warm,
Comfortable place.
Begin to focus your attention on your eyes.
Your eyes have become so relaxed,

As if they have been glued shut.
I'd like you to pretend now that no matter what,
You can't open your eyes.
You are just too relaxed,
Too comfortable,
Too content to open them.
Good job.
Now imagine sitting in the most comfortable chair you've ever sat,
Just relaxing and breathing gently,
Going into a pleasant,
Dreamy feeling as if you're floating in that chair.
You've let your mind drift away.
You have nothing to do,
Nothing to think about.
You love this feeling of just being relaxed and letting go.
Good job.
Just allow your mind to relax even more.
While you're in this state,
Your mind is open to many possibilities.
You can imagine things vividly.
You can recall feelings and memories.
You can become aware of things that were clouded.
You can access answers you've been seeking.
You can heal yourself.
It's in this state that you are floating.
You are weightless.
You are connected to all that is.
You are open to all experiences.
Now become aware of your hands.
Allow your mind to think about the feeling in your hands,
The weight,
The temperature,
And the way they are laying.
While you are more and more aware of your hands,
You become aware that some part of your mind feels a need to move your thumb,
And you can just allow that to happen.
Do not assist it.
Just let it happen on its own.
It may feel like a tiny tremor or a tingle.
Allow that small movement as you continue to breathe.
As you look up,
You notice that in front of you is your spirit team.
Your guides and guardian angels are joining you today to help you remember that you are an intuitive being,
That you already have all of the answers you could ever seek within you.
All you have to do to gain these answers when you need them is to connect to life force energy,
Settle in your heart space,
And command you receive the answers you're seeking.
Know that you are one with everything seen and unseen in our universe.
So when you're seeking an answer about someone or something else,
You're seeking it of yourself.
And as soon as you command that answer,
It will be given.
Take a deep breath in and notice your body if there's any stagnant energy that needs to be cleared to let your intuition flow easily.
Send the life force energy to wherever it needs to go and watch that energy instantly be disintegrated with beautiful golden light.
Know that in that moment,
Source has removed that block from you.

As you're sitting before your spirit team,
You notice that they want to communicate with you.
Take a deep breath and get ready to receive their messages.
Now realize they want you to ask them a question,
Any question at all that you would like clarity on.
They are giving you the opportunity to receive the answer you've been longing for in this exact moment.
So take another deep breath and consider what you want to ask them.
Take just a moment.

Now when you have your question,
Go ahead and command that you receive the answer to your question.
Then settle into your heart space and notice what you notice.
Remember to be open to how you will receive your answer.
You may see an image,
You may hear it,
You may feel it in your body,
Or you may all of a sudden just know,
Trust what you get.
Do not judge yourself and let your creativity flow.
Realize that being creative in this process is a must.
So do not worry that you are making things up.
Just trust what you receive.
Now realize that you just communicated with spirit and exercise your right to leverage your psychic gifts.
Give gratitude to your spirit team for being present with you as you awaken your psychic gifts.

We are now commanding that you instantly be programmed with the downloads,
Beliefs,
And feelings you need to step into your power as a psychic being.
You know how exciting it feels to receive messages from spirit.
You know how safe it feels to have access to any and all information that you need.
You know how powerful you are to be able to leverage this intuition to facilitate instant healings and manifestations for yourself and others.
You know for certain,
You know for certain that accessing your intuition is your birthright and that you are exercising your free will to fulfill your soul's purpose.
You know that today we have removed all blocks,
Fears,
And beliefs that would prevent your from flowing easily and effortlessly.
All you have to do now is begin to notice what you notice to allow your intuition to come to you without judgment and to be grateful for however you receive your information.
