This meditation was created to assist you in clearing blockages in each of your chakras. This meditation opens doorways for you to call in more of what you desire and releases what no longer serves you.

Welcome to your chakra meditation.

Now gently close your eyes.

Before we start this healing,

We are going to connect to our heart space and all that is.

Remember,

We need to be in our heart space at the highest frequency to facilitate instant healings and manifestation,

So always set this intention first.

Let's start with three deep breaths.

As you inhale for three seconds,

Remember that you are breathing in all that is.

You are breathing in life force energy and instantly raising your vibration.

I want you to begin to scan your body.

If you encounter any tension,

Simply use the power of your mind to melt it away as easily as warm water melts ice.

Starting at the top of your head,

Relax your scalp completely.

Feel the skin of your forehead and temples relax.

Allow your eye muscles to release,

Your jaw to soften,

And let your ears,

Nose,

And chin,

Teeth,

Tongue,

And gums relax.

Now just let this peaceful feeling flow down your neck.

Feel it soothe your throat and dissolve any tension on contact as it glides down to your shoulders,

Upper arms,

Forearms,

Wrists,

And hands.

Let this peaceful sensation of relaxation begin to fill your torso.

Feel it relax your chest,

Giving your heart more room to grow,

More expansive,

More loving,

Giving,

And forgiving.

Soften your belly muscles and let this relaxation penetrate even deeper,

Releasing any tension from your internal organs.

Now let it wrap around you,

Enveloping you in love and peace as it softens all the back muscles all the way down to the base of your spine.

Continue to breathe in deep,

Fluid breaths.

Breathe in health,

Happiness,

And harmony.

Breathe out any tension,

Toxins,

Worries,

Or disease,

Allowing anything that does not serve you to leave your body like a dark cloud.

Send this peaceful feeling into your hips and buttocks.

Let it glide down your thighs,

Relaxing your legs completely as it flows down to your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

And feet.

Allow any remaining tension from anywhere in your body to flow out of your toes,

Leaving your whole body feeling very comfortable,

Peaceful,

And relaxed.

Continue to breathe deep,

Relaxing breaths,

Feeling your belly rise on the inhale and fall on the exhale.

Notice how the air feels cooler as you breathe in and warmer as you breathe out.

Now imagine a golden glowing ball of light about a foot above the crown of your head.

On an inhalation,

Breathe that light in through the top of your head through the center line of your body,

Right down to the tailbone.

On the exhalation,

Breathe that light back up the way it came and out the top of your head.

We'll do this three times to begin to balance and align your chakras.

Before we begin cleansing your chakras,

I want you to envision a beautiful golden staircase that is leading you from your heart space all the way through your entire body.

As we cleanse each chakra,

You're going to walk up and down the staircase as you're the one doing the healing.

Remember,

All healing is self-healing.

To get started,

I want you to stand up out of your command chair and climb onto your golden staircase.

Begin taking the journey down to the base of your spine and climb all the way down to the bottom of the stairs until you reach your root chakra.

Once you get there,

Visualize a vibrant red glowing door.

This chakra brings health,

Security,

And dynamic presence.

Feel it empower you as it connects you to earth energies.

You're radiating power and vitality.

Breathe the color red in and out and see yourself living your healthy ideal.

Feeling happy and grateful for radiant health and boundless energy,

Weighing your perfect weight with a strong,

Balanced immune system.

Feel how good it feels to have all the energy you need to do all the things you love to do.

You feel so grateful for this magnificent body that moves so freely and well and looks so good.

Feel yourself healthier than you've ever felt before.

Know that by opening this door,

You're going to allow yourself to feel more stable.

And as soon as you open this door,

You're allowing all of your manifestations to flood into you.

So when you're ready,

Go ahead and reach for the beautiful golden doorknob on the red door.

And watch your energy begin to move freely and rapidly through your root chakra.

Good job.

What manifestations did you just let in?

Next,

I want you to climb onto your staircase and walk up to your sacral chakra.

Remember,

This is located above your root chakra and below your belly button.

Here,

See a radiant glowing orange ball of light.

This chakra holds the energy of money,

Power,

Sexuality,

And creativity.

When this chakra becomes blocked,

We may struggle with setting boundaries with people-pleasing and with unbalanced relationships.

As we cleanse this chakra,

You're going to notice that your relationships instantly shift so that you both give and receive.

Go ahead and open the beautiful orange door.

And notice that as this door opens,

You're receiving downloads and beliefs of knowing what it is like to have healthy,

Balanced relationships.

You know what it's like to be able to express your feelings and creativity.

Now breathe in a rich,

Beautiful orange color and feel it bring the gifts of being happy,

Enthusiastic,

Sexually fulfilled,

Prosperous,

And abundant.

See yourself experiencing true wealth on every level,

Being grateful for the abundance in your life now.

And imagine riches flowing to you in expected and unexpected ways.

Let this chakra continue to glow and spin as you climb up to your golden ladder to your solar chakra,

Located a few inches above your navel.

As you approach your solar plexus,

You see a captivating yellow door that is radiating a glowing yellow light.

Know that as we cleanse this chakra,

You strengthen your willpower and you feel a sudden rush of confidence and self-worth explode inside of you.

You realize that in this moment,

You've never felt prouder of yourself.

You know that you're exactly where you are right now.

Take a deep life force breath and send this yellow light through your stomach,

Liver,

And gallbladder.

Know that as you breathe in the frequency of all that is,

Your joy,

Self-worth,

And personal power are instantly increasing.

See yourself successful and deeply fulfilled in your dream job.

Notice that huge smile on your face as you are experiencing what it's like to live in wealth every day.

I want you to climb on your golden ladder,

But before you proceed,

Look down and notice what you notice.

Observe how you have these beautiful red,

Yellow,

And orange colors streaming through your body that were never there before.

And know that you are instantly clearing your chakras.

Know that as you are doing this,

You are balancing your divine energies and coming into perfect alignment.

Good job.

As you begin walking towards your heart chakra at the center of your chest,

You see the most beautiful emerald green light pouring from the door in front of you.

You instantly feel unconditional love just by being in this space.

Hold your hands out in front of you and accept the downloads that your spirit team is giving you.

Know that they are programming you with knowing how it feels to give and receive unconditional love easily and effortlessly.

As you open the green door,

All stagnant energies,

Lack of trust,

And ego dissolve instantly.

Take a deep life force breath and watch the beautiful green light engulf your heart and instantly clean your lymphatic and immune system.

Notice how in this moment,

You feel hopeful and excited for your future.

Let your heart chakra glow,

Bringing gifts of compassion,

Self-acceptance,

And the ability to love deeply.

Let it fill you with gratitude for this opportunity to live in this wonderful world.

Feel your heart swell with compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others.

Now let your heart chakra continue to glow and spin as you begin to walk up your golden ladder towards your throat chakra,

Located at your throat.

See a beautiful blue color that is ready to flood your throat space.

Your throat chakra enables you to communicate with truth and wisdom and express yourself with confidence.

This chakra also allows you to communicate your intuition.

As you breathe in this beautiful blue light,

See yourself easily sharing your emotions with others.

See yourself speaking your truth without fear of judgment.

Release all fear that your voice doesn't matter and know that in this moment,

You're being downloaded with the feelings and knowing of,

I am enough and I am heard.

Good job.

As you cleanse this chakra,

Any low vibrational energies that have attached to your ears,

Sinuses,

And respiratory system are instantly cleared and sent back to all that is to be transmuted into unconditional love.

Now climb back onto your golden ladder and look up toward the space in between your brows.

Notice that you see the most beautiful indigo light coming from the door of your third eye.

Go ahead and open that door and know that as you do,

You are opening your imagination,

Psychic abilities,

Inner knowing,

And wisdom.

Take a deep life force breath and notice that in front of you,

You see all of the life books and instantly remember that you can access any answer that you need at any time.

So as long as you keep this door open.

Know that you are fully supported by the universe.

Notice the goosebumps or tingles running through your body.

That's your inner knowing talking to you.

Notice for a moment how easily this indigo light is now moving in your third eye and know that you have unlocked your psychic gifts.

You remember that you are clairvoyant and all you had to do was remember this.

Now let this indigo light continue to glow and spin as you take your golden ladder to your final stop,

Your crown chakra at the top of your head.

This is a chakra of spirituality,

Thought,

And service to others.

Walk over to the glowing violet door and open it.

Notice how when this door is open,

You see the whole universe.

Take a moment here to look down your ladder and notice how you are see through.

You are a 3D image.

See instantly how everything you ever wanted in life is floating inside of you.

Love,

Money,

Your dream home,

A thriving business.

It's all already inside of you.

Take a deep life force breath and cleanse your crown chakra.

Watch this glow as you see yourself living in wisdom and awareness.

Surrendering into divine love,

Joyfully contributing to the world in the way most meaningful for you.

Let this chakra glow and spin as you notice the golden glowing light above your head.

Watch as it transforms into a golden pot.

Now breathe it in through your crown chakra to your third eye chakra,

Throat chakra,

Heart chakra,

Solar and sacral chakra,

Right down to your root chakra.

On exhalation,

Breathe it back up the way that it came.

As it passes through each chakra,

See the pot filling with gold coins representing the gifts and attributes of each one.

Now visualize this beautiful pot of gold above your head,

Once again overflowing with sparkling gold coins.

This is your unique pot of gold filled with everything you could ever want.

Let them rain down on you.

Spend as long as you like in this peaceful state,

Visualizing all of your dreams coming true as you finally lay claim to your pot of gold.

Good job.

Take one more life force breath and know that in this moment you are balanced.

You now know what it's like to feel cleansed.

You can feel the energy easily moving throughout your body,

Which is eliminating illness and physical discomfort.

Slowly come back to the room and give thanks for this healing today.
