Welcome,
Beloved.
Just take a moment to nestle in wherever you have landed.
Make any little movements that you need before you settle into some stillness for just a few moments.
Check in with the muscles around the jaw,
The face,
The throat,
And the shoulders.
Check in with the spaces around the heart and the belly,
The back,
The hips,
The legs,
The arms,
The feet,
The hands.
Just scan the body briefly and just give everything permission to release,
To relax,
Bringing your awareness to the breath.
Let's take a few cleansing breaths,
Breathing in deeply through the nose,
Into the belly,
Into the heart,
Exhaling out an open mouth.
Breathing in deeply to the belly,
Let it swirl around the heart and release out the mouth.
Take one more deep luscious breath.
Fill up your space and release.
We're going to utilize some box breathing for a moment to really bring that sense of ease and peace whenever we feel these moments of anxiousness.
Whenever we feel those moments of not feeling safe,
We can always utilize the breath to bring us back into focus,
Back to stillness.
So on that next inhale,
We're going to breathe in to the count of four.
Breathing in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold the breath,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And hold.
Breathing in,
Hold.
Breathing out,
Hold.
Continue this cycle of breath to the counts of four.
And as you are breathing this box breath,
Begin to visualize in your third eye this inner spiral.
And with every exhale,
This inner spiral is starting to slow down.
You begin to feel as if the momentum within this spiral is lessening.
And continue this breath until it guides you to that complete feeling of stillness within.
Continue breathing and perhaps adding an extra count,
Slowing it down to the count of five.
Feeling the heartbeat slowing down.
Feeling the space between thoughts growing bigger.
Let's do one more round wherever you are.
And when you have arrived at that next exhale,
Release the box breathing completely.
Relax the body and just pause for a moment in this moment of stillness.
Begin to scan the body from root to crown.
Noticing if anything has shifted or has found ease or space in the body.
Scanning all the way through the root to the solar plexus,
The sacral,
All the way through.
And after completing this scan,
Let's bring our awareness back to the heart space as we take a moment to express our gratitude for this peace you have created within yourself.
Knowing that you can always come to these spaces of safety within your body,
That you are always safe within the container of your temple body.
Take a moment while we connect to the heart space and feel the connection of the earth,
The Great Mother Earth,
As she holds and supports you,
Nourishes you,
Protects you.
Feel the continuous flow weaving in and out of your heart from source,
From Father Mother God.
Knowing that this beautiful flow of energy between the earth and source meets in you,
In the heart.
Let's take a few more cleansing breaths.
Breathing in deeply to the belly,
Into the heart,
Out the mouth.
Breathing in that fresh prana,
That fresh life force.
Let it stir and release.
One more big luscious breath.
Fill your cup to the brim.
Let it expand and let it go.
