Welcome to your meditation.
The purpose of this meditation is to activate your light so that you can connect into the highest part of yourself,
Ensuring your spine is upright now with your head over your heart and your feet touching the ground.
We're going to start with our breath,
Taking deep inhales now through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just like that,
Continuing with your breath,
Inhaling deeply into the belly,
Letting your soft belly expand with your breath,
And exhaling gently through the mouth,
Allowing your breath to deepen each repetition,
Finding smoother,
Longer,
Slower inhales and easy,
Long exhales.
Placing your hands now on your body,
One hand on your heart,
The other on your belly,
Breathing into your bottom hand,
Filling up the belly as the breath rises up to your top hand.
Inhale from your top hand down towards the bottom hand,
Inhaling into the belly,
Letting the breath carry up towards your heart,
Exhaling from the heart,
And letting the breath empty towards your belly.
Allow your breath to continue in this way,
You might keep using the mouth or you might decide to just use the nose,
Whatever is comfortable for you here,
Trust in that.
We're going to take some sighs together through the mouth,
So when you inhale,
Let the breath fill that body,
Exhale,
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhale,
Let's do one more.
Bringing your hands onto your heart now,
Both of your hands,
Palms against the chest,
When you inhale,
Draw your awareness from your heart up towards the centre of your eyebrows,
The Ajna Chakra,
The third eye centre.
Imagine now a spinning purple white light here at the centre of your eyebrows,
Perhaps there is a sphere or a diamond or a spinning star here at the centre of the eyebrows where the light resides.
See the light emanating,
Expanding,
See the light spinning.
Whatever shape,
Diamond,
Sphere,
Star has come to your awareness,
Allow that shape to spin,
See this shape spinning faster and faster.
Notice how it starts to move into the centre of your head,
It pulls back from the skin and moves right into the centre of your brain.
This soft pink white light,
Nourishing,
Spinning,
Spinning.
This spinning,
Spinning,
The energy continuing to spin as your light expands.
As you inhale,
Imagine that you are taking in pure,
Loving light from the space around you,
In towards that light at the centre of the head.
And on the exhale,
See your light expanding more into the room around you.
As you inhale,
You take in the energy of the space around you,
Light grows,
And as you exhale,
That light expands back into the space.
Imagine that the threshold between you and the space around you is starting to disappear now.
The light growing so brightly and so big around you that all around you is light now.
The light that is spinning in the centre of your head now starts to shoot a laser beam up to the sky.
Fully protected here in our space,
We see this light beam up through the top of your head and up into the cosmos.
Beaming up into the sky,
Into the stars.
Imagine that this light is beaming up into the constellations,
Into the planets,
Into the space dust,
Full of potential,
The nebulas.
Your light starts to find this pink nebula,
A new star forming.
Beautiful,
So much potential,
Pure cosmic energy in space.
And you see your light start to connect into the floor of your head,
And you see your light start to connect into the floating light of this nebula.
See your light dancing with this nebula,
As the energy of the nebula starts to become one with the energy of your light.
Your light dances.
Enjoy the breath as you breathe this light around you and within you.
Pulling that light down through the laser beam back towards your body,
Pulling that stardust into your cells.
Inhale that pink love light through your body.
See it expanding into your skin and your cells and your feet and your fingers.
See the tip of your hair filling with this light dust.
See the organs filling with this loving energy.
Bringing your hands now onto your heart.
Palms are facing down on the chest.
Imagine you are inhaling all of this loving light energy into your heart now.
Allow this connection to the nebula to start to dance its way back towards your body.
See the light starting to gently pull back towards you.
See the laser beam coming back down towards your crown and your head,
Until you become aware of the spinning shape at the center of your forehead.
Taking a few deep breaths with me here.
Pull the energy down to your feet now.
Imagine that you're grounding your energy right into the feet,
Down into the ground.
Solidifying this cosmic connection between you and the stars,
The stardust that you are made of and the magic that you carry.
With your hands on your heart,
Let us take just three breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Start to allow your awareness of the space around you to fall back towards your focus.
Noticing your body in space.
Eventually,
You will be able to see your body in space.
Allowing your awareness to grow enough that you may decide to open an eye or wiggle a finger.
Start to feel your skin.
Start to notice the chair or the bed or the place that you find yourself.
And slowly but surely,
Breathing yourself back into the room.
This is your cosmic meditation practice.
You can return to it at any time.
