Good morning and welcome to this meditation to wake up and start your day feeling grateful and radiant.
My name is Alix and I'm deeply grateful to take you on this journey in.
While you're slowly waking up,
Place your hands on your heart and on your belly.
Feel the breath going into your body and feel how your body is moving up and down on every in and out breath.
Now take three deep cleansing breaths in and on your out breath let go and let go and in radiant light and on your out breath anything heavy that wants to go in radiant light and out feel your body relaxing and letting go on your out breaths.
Now maybe you can feel your hand that's laying on your heart and really connect to the love that is residing in your heart and to do that maybe you can come up with four things that you are grateful for and it can be things like that you're breathing,
That you have a bed or you have wonderful people surrounding you.
What are four things that you are grateful for and tell them to yourself and perhaps you can feel your heart opening by feeling this gratitude,
Your heart blooming open like a flower petal by petal by petal and feel how good it feels to open your heart to let the love radiate and maybe you can even visualize or feel a color in your heart that is growing and growing and let these feelings of love and gratitude and light spread through your entire body filling up your chest,
Your belly,
Your upper legs,
Your lower legs,
Your arms,
Your neck,
Your head and feel how it's radiating out,
Out of your body becoming a ball of radiant light and feel how you're radiating this light into the world.
I would like to invite you to visualize yourself this coming day walking around with this golden bubble around you.
What do you do?
How do you move?
How do you speak?
What do you say?
How do you sound when you're radiating love,
Light,
Gratitude?
How does it feel?
Really feel it and anchor this in and whenever you fall out of your heart today or any other day catch yourself and remember this golden bubble.
Remember what it feels like.
Dear one from now on every time when you visualize and feel this golden bubble it will be easier and easier to maintain or get back this radiant love,
Gratitude that resides within.
Slowly open your eyes look into the world from this place of gratitude.
Step into the world anew and enjoy your day.
