Temperature is warm,
But not too warm.
There's a slight breeze blowing through the trees.
An early spring day,
You can smell the flowers starting to bloom.
Just relax.
As you're walking,
You hear the birds chirping,
The wind blowing softly through the air,
The water trickling.
Just imagine the warmth of the sun touching your skin.
Let all the worries from the day just drift away as you breathe slowly.
We're going to sit here for a few moments in silence.
I want you to envision love and light for yourself and for all those around you.
Take a moment to just envision that light being spread to those that you love,
That maybe you've come into contact with that weren't so nice.
