Good morning everyone,
This is Allison and I just wanted to say thank you so much for meditating with me today and for taking the time to take care of yourself.
I hope that you enjoy this meditation,
Let's begin.
Today is a sacred gift from life and in this moment you are invited to receive it fully.
We begin by arriving right here,
Right now.
I want you to gently allow your body to settle into a comfortable position,
Let your shoulders soften,
Your jaw relax,
Your hands rest easily,
And if it feels safe,
Allow your eyes to gently close or soften your gaze.
I want you to bring your attention to your breath,
Notice it just as it is,
No need to change anything yet,
Simply observe the natural rhythm of your inhale and your exhale.
Feel the breath moving in through your nose,
Filling your chest and belly,
And slowly releasing.
Now begin to deepen the breath just a little,
Inhale slowly through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth,
Releasing the day so far.
Again,
Breathing in calm and clarity,
And breathing out tension,
Heaviness,
Or distraction.
As your breath becomes steady,
Gently bring to mind one thing that you are grateful for.
It can be something simple or something significant,
A person,
A moment,
A place,
A feeling,
Or even the breath itself,
There is no right or wrong choice here.
I want you to hold this image of feeling in your awareness,
And notice why you are grateful for it.
And as you reflect,
Allow the feeling of gratitude to expand in your body.
You may notice warmth in your chest,
Softness in your heart,
Or a sense of ease spreading through you.
There is nothing to force,
Just allow.
With your next inhale,
Imagine breathing this gratitude in,
Letting it fill every cell of your body.
And with your exhale,
Release anything that is not gratitude,
Letting go of stress,
Pressure,
Expectations,
Or worries.
Allow them to gently dissolve.
Take a few moments here.
Breathe.
Remember that yesterday is complete.
The past no longer requires your attention,
And tomorrow has not yet arrived.
There is nothing to plan or figure out right now.
This moment is enough.
This time is just for you.
As you continue to breathe,
Begin to center your thoughts.
I want you to visualize the day ahead unfolding with ease.
See yourself moving through your day,
Feeling grounded,
Supported,
And at peace.
Imagine moments of kindness,
Clarity,
And connection binding you effortlessly.
Allow your body to soften even more.
There is nothing you need to do,
Nothing you need to fix.
Simply be present with your breath.
Let your breathing return to its natural rhythm now.
And as you inhale,
Imagine drawing in that love,
Light,
And calm energy.
And as you exhale,
Release any fear,
Self-doubt,
And any negative thoughts you may be carrying.
I want you to silently remind yourself,
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am worthy of peace and love.
Feel this truth settling into your body and mind.
Know that today is going to flow naturally for you.
You do not need to push or strive.
You deserve ease,
Joy,
And alignment.
And as you put loving energy into the world,
It returns to you in perfect timing.
Take in a slow,
Refreshing breath.
And enjoy a long,
Gentle breath out.
Once more,
Breathing in clarity and intention.
And breathing out anything that no longer belongs.
And when you are ready,
Softly say out loud or silently within your heart,
Today is a sacred gift from life.

Allow yourself to carry this sense of presence,
Gratitude,
And peace with you as you move into the rest of your day.
