The dark night of the soul is rarely resolved through a single technique or method. It can, however, begin to ease through expansion of awareness, acceptance, and a willingness to meet what is felt. This mantra gently supports the first essential movement — facing emotions without fear, and without becoming identified with them. What feels like darkness may not be something to defeat, but something to acknowledge. In that acknowledgment, the nervous system can begin to recalibrate. And through the process, the light beneath experience remains.

Relax into your body.

You pull on the Arcturian blue rays of light to assist you in overcoming the feelings of darkness.

In particular you notice the feeling of fear and you tune into your blue lights now.

As you face down the feeling of fear and any other negative feeling by pulling it closer to your body you have no fear of the fear that's leaving your mind and body Experience now across all dimensions time and space.
