It's going to be a day like no other.

Now,

When you're ready,

Settle into a seated position and close your eyes.

Breathe in gently through your nose.

Whatever it is,

Bring joy to those moments.

You are in charge of your life.

Drink in your day like it's the first sip of coffee.

When you get to a moment where you feel less than satisfied,

Just close your eyes and come back to this meditation.
