留意鼻子一呼一吸 每次呼吸完一輪數一,

數到二十一,

然後數下來 如果數數下忘記了自己數到多少不要緊,

由一開始,

直到你聽到鐘聲 那你就可以慢慢休息,

或者起身做你要做的事
