Once in a blue moon reflection.
A guided meditation for self-worth,
Rarity,
And remembering yourself.
Welcome.
Tonight we gather beneath the energy of the blue moon.
Are rarely.
A moon that reminds us that not everything meaningful appears every day.
And maybe.
.
.
That is true for you,
Too.
There has never been another person exactly like you.
Not in all of human history.
Not now.
Not ever again.
So before we begin.
.
.
Allow yourself to arrive here fully.
No performing.
No proving.
No becoming.
Just being.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And gently exhale through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in slowly.
Filling the lungs.
And exhaling softly.
Releasing the weight of the day.
One more deep breath in… and a long,
Slow breath out.
Allow your shoulders to soften Relax your jaw.
Unclench your hands.
Don't let your body know.
It is safe to rest here for a little while.
Imagine yourself sitting beneath a glowing blue moon.
Soft silver blue light pours gently over you.
Quietly.
Calmly.
Without asking anything from you.
This moon does not ask you to be more productive.
More healed.
More attractive.
More successful.
It simply shines on you.
As you are.
And maybe.
You can begin to do the same.
For yourself.
So much of life teaches us to compare,
To measure ourselves against timelines,
Against expectations.
Against other people's lives.
But there is no one else with your exact heart.
Your exact laugh.
Your exact perspective.
Your exact story.
No one else has survived exactly what you have survived.
No one else carries your particular blend of tenderness,
Of strength,
Grief.
Hope.
And becoming.
You are not meant to be a copy.
You are meant to be yourself.
Take in.
Another slow breath.
And as you exhale,
Release the pressure to become someone else.
Breathing in,
Allow yourself to take up space.
And breathing out,
Letting comparison drift away.
You do not need to earn your worthiness.
You do not need to prove your value through exhaustion.
You do not need to become perfect before you deserve love.
Rest.
Joy.
Or peace.
The blue moon is rare simply because it exists when it does.
And you are rare.
Simply because you exist at all.
The blue moon is rare simply because it exists when it does.
And you are rare.
Simply because you exist at all.
Let yourself sit with that for a moment.
Maybe there are parts of yourself you have forgotten to celebrate.
Quiet strength.
Gentle growth.
The simple fact that you kept going.
Tonight is a reflection.
Not on who you should be.
But on who you already are.
Imagine the blue moonlight.
Surrounding every version of you.
The younger you.
Be uncertain you.
The healing you.
The tired you.
The hopeful you.
None of those versions are unworthy of love.
None of them needed to become someone else to deserve compassion.
And neither do you now.
Take one final deep breath in… slowly… gently and slowly.
And exhale completely.
As this meditation comes to a close,
May you remember this.
Your life does not need to look like anyone else's to be meaningful.
Your path does not need to make sense to everyone else to be sacred.
And your existence alone makes you worthy of being here.
Like the blue moon.
You.
Arm.
Rare.
Not because you achieved something extraordinary,
But because there has never been.
And will never be.
Another.
You are rare.
Because there has never been.
And will never be.
And others.
Thank you for sharing this moment with yourself tonight.
And when you're ready.
Gently return to the rug.
Bringing this remembrance with you.
Good night.
