Ancestral Healing Sound Bath

This unguided sound bath was created with the intention of ancestral healing. By releasing old wounds that no longer need to be carried and honoring the love and lightness also present in our ancestral lineage, we can free ourselves from limiting patterns. When we find our lightness, we can also bring lightness to those we are connected to. Allow the sounds to wash over you, carrying away all resistance, heaviness, and tension.
