Get in a comfortable position,

Whatever that may be.

Now,

Close your eyes.

As we go through the meditation,

Let the words resonate and sink deep within you.

Let us begin.

You do not exist.

You are a dream.

You are an illusion.

You are a wave on the ocean of oneness.

You are timeless and ageless.

You were never born.

You will never die.

You are oneness at play.

You are eternal peace.

You are nothing.

You are nothing.

You are everything.

You are the universe.

You are the absolute.

You have awoken to the dream.

You are freedom.

You are the divine.
