I would like to do a quick breathing exercise in order to calm down.
And if you want to join me,
What you can do is breathe in for four seconds through the nose,
Hold it on top and breathe out through pursed lips for around six.
You can of course make it longer,
But this will suffice for now.
So I invite you to close your eyes,
Take a deep breath in through the nose for four,
Hold it and breathe out through pursed lips.
Breathe in through the nose,
Hold it and breathe out through the mouth.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Hold it a little bit longer this time and out through the mouth.
Return to the natural breath.
Give yourself a hug.
