When stress, anxiety, or nervous energy starts building in your body, movement can help restore a sense of calm. In this standing somatic shaking practice, you'll use bouncing, shaking, breath, and gentle rhythmic movements to release tension and discharge excess activation from your nervous system. You'll be guided to connect with your body, move energy through it, and let go of what you're carrying. By the end of the practice, you'll feel more grounded, clear-headed, and at ease in your body.
