Meditation for self-love.
Give yourself the gift of love.
This is a 10-minute guided meditation spoken by myself,
Kate.
The aim of this meditation is to envelop yourself in self-acceptance and self-love.
I'll guide you through this meditation and we'll bring in sweetness,
Kindness,
And acceptance.
You can sit down or lie down and when you're ready,
We'll get started.
We'll start by gently closing the eyes down.
Breathe intentionally in and out through the nose.
Feel your breath going past your nose,
Down your throat,
And expanding your chest and stomach.
Inhale into your heart space.
Inhale up to your collarbones.
Even inhale into your back.
Relaxed exhales.
So simple.
You don't need to try hard.
Breathing is natural.
Allow it to be kind and loving and natural.
Breathe.
Deep breaths.
Allow your breath to nourish your body.
Allow your breath to heal your body.
Turn that sense of love,
Care,
And kindness onto your whole self.
You do not need to do anything.
There is nothing to do in this moment except to be open to the gentle warmness already inside of you.
Already.
It is you with which you have the most important relationship.
It is you that you have to love and care for.
It is you.
It is you that you have to love and care for.
Send love to yourself.
Picture a tree outside.
You see the tree and it's beautiful.
Growing exactly as it is.
There's no judgment,
No changing,
No conditions.
Just love.
Give yourself permission to accept yourself exactly as you are right now in this moment.
Allow any judgments,
Expectations,
Shoulds,
Timelines that you have for yourself to fall away.
Release them.
Release.
Release your judgments.
Release your expectations.
Release your shoulds.
And allow yourself to feel love for yourself.
Deep breath in.
Exhale.
Breathe.
Repeat these words silently to yourself.
I accept.
I accept that in this moment I am easily lovable.
I accept that in this moment love flows through me naturally.
I feel it.
It comes easily.
I am at peace with myself.
I love who I've grown into even though I know my growing is not done.
I care for myself wholly and completely.
