Welcome to another episode and meditation on how to fully accept your presence,
Your higher purpose,
And your highest true love.
This is a love that you have for yourself.
To be in this state and mind of non-attachment and impermanence in this life,
In this moment,
And this time.
So as you get into your seated position,
Allowing yourself to get into a comfortable position as you stretch out your body,
And begin allowing yourself to breathe in and out into the center of your tummy,
Into the bottom of your tummy.
And using breath work to release an ah sound.
Allowing yourself to breathe in deeply in and out as you stretch out any parts of your body as you prepare yourself to connect with your highest,
Most loving self today.
Breathing in and release.
Breathing in again and release.
Allowing yourself to connect to a golden white light above your head,
300 floors above you,
Plugging into source energy or any guidance or sources that you believe in in your own belief system.
Connect with that as which above,
That which is right above you,
Allowing that golden white light to shine through the crown of your head and enter your body,
Breathing that in.
Gently allow your wrists and your palms to be facing upwards on your knees if you haven't already or in the mid thighs if you're sitting at the edge of your seat.
Or even your cross-legged,
Just allow as you exhale to allow all the resistances to this white light to fall into the center of the earth exiting from the bottom of your body.
Breathing in and out.
Allowing yourself to breathe in whatever feelings you may have.
Breathing in whatever feelings and guidances there are in the topic of love and true love and full acceptance into your system from right above.
Allow that to wash over the whole body as you allow any pieces of you that's in resistance to receiving that right now to exit you and fall to the center of the earth.
Breathing in and out.
As you breathe in,
Allow every single cell to awaken to whatever it is that you can sense,
Imagining this golden white light,
Your higher self and your highest self that's connected to the universe.
To truly allow yourself to open up to receive all the vibrations and all of the information that is here for you today in this area so that you can open yourself chest and shoulders all the way up to receive even more of that as you exhale and release any resistances or anything that isn't resonating in you to the center of the earth.
Allowing yourself to breathe with this breath work,
Releasing and inhaling loudly or as softly as you most naturally want to in order to get into it.
Allowing any sounds to add to your experience,
Encourage you to go deeper and deeper within.
Also inviting any pieces of you that have been hurt in the past or have resistances towards receiving more love in your present to step forth,
To invite them to come forth and as you breathe in allow yourself to breathe into those spaces and places and memories and whatever it brings up and allow that to be exhaled in front of you.
All the pain and past suffering,
All the old habits and patterns that stop you from coming forth and continuing forward to deepen that sensation of true love.
Please step forth.
Stick with them in your in-breath and release them in your out-breath in front of you.
You don't have to know specifically what it is.
It could be very physical or sensation-wise or it can be very rational or something may show up.
It depends on you.
Doing this at your own pace for a couple more breaths.
Empty yourself out like a magnet.
Breathe in and suck up all the parts of you that want to leave for this topic.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And then whenever you're ready,
Imagine a big circle of your hands.
Big surround sound fire of blue and purple flames burning through every single piece that came forth.
Breathing in and burning and watching every single bit that wanted to be let go of be burned away and returned back to the center of the earth.
Resolving,
Disintegrating,
Returning.
Breathing in and out.
Breathing out.
Gently allowing yourself to really really sink into the present moment.
Realizing if there's anything left over that you need to let go of today.
Gently breathing into all of that whateverness that you feel is coming forth that wants to be let go of today and just allow it and invite it to all join.
And exhale that into the fire as well.
Couple more breaths to allow this process to be as thorough as it can be for today.
Allowing yourself to also invite in the vision and the feeling of what it feels like to be truly in love.
Giving yourself the true self-love and what does the feeling of truly being in love feel like to you.
Breathe that in and allow your higher self to share with you that subtle subtle level of energy through your breath,
Breathing that in.
Feel it in your senses,
Feel it in your limbs and as you exhale I want you to expand that feeling within.
What does it feel like to be truly understood and truly accepted?
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing out.
Breathing out.
Breathe in as much as you need until you fill yourself up and expand it as many places as you can.
Letting go any thoughts that pass in through your mind or any distractions that may be in your system just let them go and watch them as they leave.
And now I want you to embrace and claim that true love for yourself.
Allowing yourself to feel like you deserve this.
You're worthy of this no matter what has happened in the past.
Acknowledging all the past mistakes and past regrets or even past pains and even the past joys and fond memories and the past bests that has happened.
Allowing yourself to accept all of what has happened fully.
Breathing in.
As you exhale allow everything to integrate and shift and everything that needs to be let go of go.
And again.
Breathing out.
Now I want you to really tune in and feel the sensation of full acceptance,
Full worthiness,
Full true love at a 10 out of 10.
What does it feel like in your body?
What does it look like in your mind's eye?
What does it sound like?
What is the visual?
And what is the thought process that you'll be having?
And just now just like your eyes you need to begin before any slight difference with Now expand that to 10 times more of what you feel.
Bring that in real dark and real big.
Color it in with dark colors.
Make it real solid in your body.
Maybe it's the color of red,
Maybe it's the color of blue,
Whatever that color is.
Allow it to have a color.
When as you exhale,
Expand it into the rest of the room.
A feeling of being truly in love with whatever it is that you're doing,
Whatever it is that you're passionate about,
Whatever it is.
It doesn't have to be a person,
It can be yourself,
It can be a person.
It doesn't matter the sensation of non-judgmental,
True love that resonates with you breathing in.
Expand it into the entire place that you're in.
Breathing in again.
Expand it into the entire city that you're in.
Breathing into it again.
Expand it into the entire globe.
Imagine that washing over the entire earth.
Breathing in again and allowing that to expand into the whole milky ways.
Breathing into it again and allowing that to expand into the whole universe and infinity.
Breathing in again.
Beautiful.
Alright,
So now what you can do as you come back slowly into the present moment,
Allow yourself to rate from a scale of 1 to 10 how much of this intention of feeling,
This feeling you had in the beginning of this meditation and how much of it do you feel now on a scale of 1 to 10?
