This Great Love | Rumi Poem
by Wood
This short poem by Rumi hints on the vastness that lives within the smallest parts of yourself. Of how great love and awareness can dwell inside something so small. A great reminder of presence, gratitude, and wonder. Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi, popularly known as "Rumi", is a 13th-century Sufi poet. Today, he is recognised as one of the greatest poets who ever lived, due in part to how his words seem to speak to the Divine. Photo by Jonathan Borba. Translation by Coleman Barks.
