Daring Enough To Finish | Rumi Poem
by Wood
This poem by Rumi is about stepping into boldness and inner transformation. As the speaker surrenders to a divine spark, they move from timid waiting to daring action, letting go of fear and embracing the fruit of their own growth. Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi, popularly known as "Rumi", is a 13th-century Sufi poet. Today, he is recognised as one of the greatest poets who ever lived, due in part to how his words seem to speak to the Divine. Photo by Jacob Buchave. Translation by Coleman Barks.
