This is a gentle Crystal Singing Bowl meditation at 432Hz. Intended to help cope with loss and anger. Surrender to the sound of the bowls and let whatever emotion arises be and go without judgment. I use a C bowl resonating with the Root Chakra, an E bowl with the solar plexus Chakra, an F bowl resonating with the Heart Chakra, a B bowl with the Crown Chakra, and a high C bowl in this sound healing session. I highly recommend listening with headphones for the best sound therapy experience.
