Hello and welcome.
Today I will be guiding you on a meditation to receive wisdom from your higher self.
Let's start by just taking a deep breath and coming into this present moment.
There's nothing you must do except allow your body and your mind to walk on this journey.
Begin by finding a comfortable position that could be laying down,
Sitting up or maybe you want to use this as a walking meditation.
Just try to get comfortable.
I invite you to close your eyes or lower your gaze and begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.
We'll do a couple more of those breaths.
Inhaling and sighing the exhale.
Really letting go of the day or anything coming up in this moment.
Last one.
Inhaling all the way into the belly,
Filling up the chest.
Now switching over to long deep breaths in through the nose and long exhales out through the nose.
Nice and slow.
Just keep deep breathing here with every inhale feeling the air going into your nose,
Traveling down your throat,
Filling your belly,
Your chest,
Expanding,
Stretching and on every exhale releasing any tension in the body.
Releasing the muscles in your face,
Your jaw,
Around your eyes,
Letting go of that tension.
Every breath in is a stretch,
An expansion and every exhale you soften and release.
Release your shoulders,
Releasing your back,
Releasing your arms and legs,
Letting them feel heavy and soft,
Releasing your tongue,
Just really sinking deeper into the chair or bed or ground that holds you.
Feel your body getting heavier.
Know that the earth will always hold you.
Feel the simplicity of just being in this moment as you expand and release and soften.
You can allow your breathing to return to a more natural rhythm and if at any moment you feel your mind wandering,
That's okay.
Just gently come back to your breath.
There is no right or wrong way to be here right now.
I invite you to visualize you are at the top of a staircase.
There are 10 steps down to a door at the bottom.
Maybe it's a wooden staircase or rock steps down.
Maybe your door is blue or green or made of natural pine.
You study the door from the top of the staircase.
As I count down from 10,
Imagine yourself descending the stairs one at a time.
You will slip deeper into your subconscious state as I count.
You take your first step down.

Maybe there's a wall or a railing you can hold on to as you descend.

Slowly walking down.

Taking in the environment around you,
The smells,
The sights.
5,
Going deeper into the subconscious mind.

You're almost at the door.
3,
2,
And 1.
You land on that bottom step and stand before the door.
You notice a handle on the door.
Maybe it's round or rectangular.
Maybe it's wooden.
Maybe it's made out of gold.
You reach out and grab the handle.
You turn it and open the door.
On the other side is a natural environment with a trail leading off into the distance.
Maybe it's a winter scene,
A tropical jungle,
A desert,
A boreal forest,
A sandy path by the ocean.
Whatever you imagine,
Try not to question it or second-guess it.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
You step through the door into the environment.
What does the temperature feel like?
Are you wearing shoes or barefoot?
Can you feel wind or maybe smell the sea or the forest?
Begin to slowly walk on this trail,
On this path.
Taking in your beautiful surroundings.
Are there trees,
Wide open spaces,
Wildflowers?
Step by step,
You walk further into this natural environment.
Maybe you can hear birds chirping or see animal footprints in the sand or snow.
You keep walking.
Maybe you can feel the sun or rain on your skin.
Soon,
You come up to a clearing.
You get closer and notice there are two seats facing one another.
Maybe they're chairs or rocks,
Blankets,
Cushions.
You walk over and sit down in one of these seats.
You feel an immense calm and peace here.
As you sit and take in the beautiful nature around you,
A figure begins to move towards you.
As they get closer,
You recognize this person as your higher self.
Maybe they look exactly like you or have some physical differences.
Know that this person is the highest version of yourself.
They walk towards you smiling.
Maybe you take in the way they walk or what they're wearing.
They are so happy to see you.
As they get to you,
Maybe they offer you a hug,
A handshake,
A nod,
Or a bow.
And they sit down across from you.
They let you know that they are here to help answer any questions that you may have to provide clarity,
Support,
Or give wisdom.
They let you know that you can ask anything you want.
Maybe you want to ask them about a current situation.
Maybe you want to know what you can release from your life that no longer serves you.
Maybe you want to know about the next step in your career or relationship.
Or maybe you're just open to any wisdom or insights that would serve you at this moment.
Trust in the information that you receive and enjoy this conversation with your higher self.
I will call you back when it's time.
And you begin to wrap up your conversation with your higher self.
They reach into their pocket or behind their back and pull out a gift for you.
It could be wrapped or maybe folded in cloth.
They hand it to you.
You open it to reveal a beautiful gift.
Maybe something physical like a bracelet,
Rock,
Or crystal.
Maybe it's something metaphysical like strength or love.
Give great thanks for this gift as it is meant to help you on your journey.
Your higher self tells you that they are always here for you and that everything you need to know is within you.
They tell you you can come back to this place at any time.
You stand up from your seat and say your goodbyes to your high self,
Maybe with a hug or a bow.
Then you turn back to the path that led you here.
You begin walking back down the path with this feeling of fullness,
Of ease,
Feeling complete.
Step by step,
You walk back to the door soaking in the lust of this beautiful environment.
You're finally back at the door you came through.
It's still open and waiting for you.
You walk up to it and step through it,
Closing it behind you.
You are back at the bottom of the staircase.
As you walk up the stairs,
Counting down from 10 to 1,
You will slowly come back into your body.
Taking the first step up,

Maybe breathing a little deeper.
8,
Sending air all the way into your belly.
7,
Releasing this experience.
6,
Bringing your awareness back to where your body meets the floor or the chair or the bed.
5,
Feeling more awake and aware.
4,

Feeling lighter.
2,
Coming all the way back into the body.
And 1,
Fully arriving here.
Taking some deep breaths.
Maybe if you want to stretch a little bit or wiggle your fingers or toes.
Coming back into the body after this journey.
Taking all the time you need here to sit with yourself and your experience.
Just breathing into the body here.
And whenever you're ready,
With no rush at all,
You can open your eyes and just slowly acclimate back to your current environment.
Knowing that anytime you want,
You can always come back here and receive what you need from your high self.
