Hi,

My name is Christine from Wildly Well Retreats,

And I'm a firm believer that the only limits in life are the ones we place on ourselves.

Wayne Dyer once said,

Abundance is not something we acquire,

It is something we tune into.

So today,

Let's tune into our limitless potential and inner abundance.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position.

I invite you to gently flutter your eyes closed.

Soften your jaw.

Relax your shoulders.

And tune into your breath.

Notice the natural rhythm of your inhalations and exhalations.

Now let's take a deep breath in through our nose.

Sip in a little bit more air.

And exhale.

Release any tension or stress you may be holding onto.

Let's do this once more.

Inhale deeply.

Sip in a little bit more air.

And exhale.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to settle deeper into this moment,

Feeling the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you.

Return to your natural breath,

And as you do,

Visualize a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light is the energy of abundance,

Representing all the possibilities and opportunities that are available to you.

Let this light remind you that your love is limitless.

Your abundance is limitless.

You are limitless.

Take a moment to bask in this beautiful,

Pure,

Uplifting energy.

Feel the warmth of light around you start to expand,

Filling you up with joy and positivity.

As this light continues to shine,

Take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance and blessings that are already present in your life.

This energy is contagious.

This feeling of gratitude is limitless.

Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
