Meditation Timer OnlineRob Guilmette, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, has been teaching Yoga professionally since 2013. He currently offers one-on-one Yoga Therapy to individuals navigating a range of conditions, including chronic pain, pulmonary fibrosis and other lung-related illnesses, anxiety, and addiction recovery. Rob completed his 200-hour training with Black Dog Yoga in 2013, his 300-hour training with Be the Change Yoga in 2019, and his Yoga Therapist certification with Alcheme Yoga Therapy in 2024. Taking a whole-person approach, Rob supports clients through self-reflection, intention-setting, and personalized practices including movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation. He offers sessions via Zoom, making it easy for clients to engage in healing practices from the comfort of their own homes.
