There is something inside each of us that is exactly the same as when we were younger. We can call this something the "inner child” and they may still be calling out for something they needed but never received. We can respond to and care for them now, rather than criticizing, rejecting, or blaming them. This course combines guided experiential practice along with psychological, philosophical, and spiritual lessons in order to deconstruct the barriers between yourself and your “self,” and help you recover the deepest, most authentic version of you. Revive the one who may be buried or hidden, who you may be embarrassed or ashamed of, or who may simply be forgotten. Through these 10 sessions, allow your child-self to grow into their unique full potential, into the most powerful, embodied, and a live version of you, now.
Reframe “unwanted” emotional experiences; access your source of intuition, love, and creativity; regain playfulness and joy as you forgive and let go.
