We're gonna do a little bit of an ASMR,
ASMRtation,
Meditation.
So wherever you are,
And a slow gentle breath out,
And a slow breath out,
You may close your eyes or leave them open and breathe at a natural and easy pace.
Noticing how the breath feels,
Not to judge or change it,
But just observe,
And whilst or slow,
Seeing also how your body feels right in this moment.
Feel tension in the body,
Where do you feel at ease in the body?
You can use this moment to stretch,
Roll those shoulders,
And slowly come where you can just be with yourself.
Not to judge or change anything about how you feel,
Simply to be with yourself.
Keeping yourself company,
With your full attention,
All focused.
This is your moment to really be here,
And see how that makes you feel.
Just observe,
Just watching,
Noticing.
You're here and now,
Exactly as you are.
You are exactly where you're meant to be.
You are exactly where you're meant to be.
Now,
In this moment,
Breathing,
Feeling yourself here in this moment.
That's all there is,
This present moment.
And this is your moment that you are giving to yourself.
So,
Give yourself your complete,
Complete.
