Welcome to this mindfulness guided meditation with an emphasis on future driven thinking.
I encourage you to find a space to set up,
Sitting up straight,
Your spine erect,
Your crown lifted,
Your shoulders drop back,
Opening the heart,
Softening the muscles around the eyes,
Softening the space between the brows,
The Ajna chakra,
Relaxing the jaw and beginning to notice the subtle sensations as you inhale below the nostrils and as you exhale,
Exhale to the tip of your nostrils.
Noticing each inhale and each exhale.
Staying with the breath.
During this meditation,
I'm going to guide you through the multi dimensionality of mindfulness.
We'll begin with sound and labeling,
Working with labeling and discernment to sharpen awareness and return to the observer.
Noticing the space outside of your ears.
Starting to notice sound.
My voice,
The music.
Maybe there's cars or birds.
Totally labeling anytime you notice sound.
UE Music.
It creates space for you to listen deep.
Allowing sound to penetrate you.
As you label.
Music.
And now we will shift into another dimension of mindfulness.
Into the body.
Noticing your body.
Working with sharpening awareness.
Through labeling.
Is there any pain?
Do you feel something in your left toe?
Maybe a bloated belly.
Economic pain.
Softness.
Clenching in left arm.
Really notice what's happening within your body.
In this now moment.
Training yourself.
In presence.
And discernment.
As you label.
Noticing if you get distracted.
And return back to what's happening within your body.
Now we'll shift.
Into the dimension of mind.
Witnessing your thoughts.
Labeling thinking.
Thinking.
Fearful thoughts.
Planning.
Fantasizing.
Noticing the flavor of thoughts.
And now I invite you.
To bring emphasis.
If your thinking is based in future.
Training self.
To notice future based thinking.
And how to return.
To the eternal now moment.
Continuing to witness each thought.
Labeling thinking.
Planning.
But now bringing extra attention to labeling future thought.
If.
It is a future thought.
Noticing future based thinking.
In this eternal now moment.
Noticing any impatience.
Labeling impatience.
And returning back to breath and body presence.
Labeling future based thoughts.
And now.
Releasing the mind dimension.
Allowing yourself to rest.
Sitting up straight.
And simply noticing.
Either sound.
Your body.
Thoughts.
Simply labeling.
Whatever shows up in your field of awareness.
Sound.
Tingle in left finger.
Impatient.
Releasing all labeling.
Seeing how much you can surrender into beingness into full receptivity.
Every cell within you.
Opening up to receive the blessings of life.
Bringing a slight smile to your face.
Relaxing.
Every inch of your being.
Opening.
Surrendering.
Receiving.
Whenever you're ready,
I invite you to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Bringing your hands to your heart in prayer.
And bowing to greater intelligence.
