Where to begin? I fought this in the beginning, but as the music wrapped me in a blanket of pure comfort, I found my self letting go. I was in that state of daydreaming, not asleep, but not fully awake. Just totally relaxed. The simple sound of the water lapping throughout, the swirling sounds all around me. Fifteen minutes flew by, and the birds at the end, a slow awakening. This was really a perfect meditation soundscape. Thank you.
