Take a deep breath in,

And let it out slowly.

Place your hands over your heart if that feels okay,

And speak these words aloud,

Repeating after me.

Lord,

Today I wake with gratitude.

I am alive,

And this day is a gift from God.

I choose to walk in peace,

Patience,

And trust.

I believe that God's Spirit is guiding me in every step.

My mind is clear,

My body is strong,

And my soul is anchored in Christ.

I welcome joy,

Love,

And purpose into all I do today.

I release worry and cling to God's promises.

I am open to receiving blessings and to being a blessing.

I walk in alignment with God's will,

Confident that His goodness surrounds me.
