This course is for anyone who wants to receive the benefits of neuroscience, ancient wisdom and mindfulness to help you increase happiness and lower stress. This program is great for beginners, and it can also be used as a toolkit for more experienced meditators who want to experience a variety of techniques and practices in one 30 day period. Over the next 30 days, you’ll learn to rewire your brain for happiness, and shift out of the anxiety and overwhelm that can be our default in today’s busy world. By the end of this journey, you’ll find that you can more easily connect with the deep wisdom within and develop a peaceful and positive outlook. The intention of this course is to offer you a powerful toolkit you can come back to time and time again when you find yourself stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed, and you want to feel even more joy and calm in your life. This course will teach you how to use neuroscience and the latest brain research to release the fears and self-doubt blocking you from achieving your greatest potential, improve focus and productivity, cultivate joy and gratitude, experience more compassion and practice forgiveness so you can release the past and move forward with your life. You’ll also learn how to manifest your ideal life using a visualization technique taught at Stanford Business School. The format of this course alternates between a fireside chat (talk) on a specific topic followed by a guided meditation on that same topic the following day. You’ll leave this course with a toolkit you can use for the rest of your life to steer your ship into more calm and joyful waters, no matter what storm is raging in the outside world.


Meet your Teacher

Vanessa Loder is a world-renowned keynote speaker and leadership development facilitator whose work centers around expanding the consciousness of individuals and the planet at large. Vanessa's work has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, the Huffington Post and Glamour magazine. Her TEDx talk "How to Lean In Without Burning Out" has over 148,000 views and her meditations have been streamed over half a million times globally. Known for her energetic, authentic and inspiring teaching style, Vanessa loves to blend modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom to support people in waking up to their soul's deeper truth. Loder has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and spent almost ten years working in finance on Wall Street and as an investor in Silicon Valley before realizing she had climbed to the top of the wrong ladder! Vanessa is a self-described over-achiever whose endless quest for perfectionism and unfulfilling experience of continual career climbing left her burned out, depleted and eager to find another way. Vanessa's own soul awakening which began with experiencing her past lives, inspired her to support others in living their soul's purpose. Loder is certified in past life regression hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming and executive coaching. Vanessa studied Vipassana meditation with Jack Kornfield at Spirit Rock. Today’s fireside chat will teach you how to use your breath to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This parasympathetic breathing technique will cause you to feel relaxed, peaceful, and calm. It’s super easy, and you can do this technique anywhere in less than a minute!
