Inspired by years of transmutation experience of what works and didn't work,
I have combined several teachings for effective steps to ground,
Protect,

And contain your energetic body.

It will happen instantly without trying as you hold the entire image in your mind at once.
Energetic cleansing is important for self-mastery and I recommend to do upon waking,
Before sleeping,
And any time throughout the day if you feel out of balance.
Please remember you are whole already and you are aligning with that inner state of being.
If you frequently or suddenly feel fear,
Anxiety,
Doubt,
Low self-worth,
And low self-esteem,
It is likely you have picked up energies that may not be your own.
We can exchange and pick up conscious and unconscious energies daily from family,
Friends,
Strangers,
Social media,
Food,
And drink,
Creating new cords and programs through subconscious desires of lust,
Greed,
Power,
Fame,
Gluttony,
Envy,
And complacency.
Conscious awareness of the subconscious emotions and beliefs can transmute density into lightness.
Consistent peeling layers of 3D density will eventually lead you to zero point or neutrality.
Programming can become dense and create heaviness in the body,
Mind,
And emotion as it compounds over time.
You may feel purging through goosebumps,
Burping,
Tears,
Coughing,
Deep exhales,
And yawning.
Only that which no longer belongs to you and originate from you will be released.
You will be able to maintain and anchor the higher self into your physical body over time.
Get comfortable with the straight spine and sit with your legs crossed or seated with the feet.
Take deep breaths into your belly,
Letting go of all the worries of the past,
The present,
And the future.
Connect in your heart to your higher self,
Your expanded consciousness,
By intending that your higher self merge with your 3D body in your heart.
Your higher self resides in the fifth dimension with ascended masters,
Your light body.
Connect in your heart to your soul.
Visualize a chord from the crown chakra connecting you to your over soul,
Your soul family,
Then to supreme source,
The galactic core.
Feel the life force from supreme source flowing down through the crown,
Your head,
Your neck,
Your spine,
Your root,
And through the legs and feet.
See three chords,
One from the root chakra and each foot growing down all the way to the heart of Gaia,
The core of the earth.
See the heart of Mother Earth as a pulsating crystal of light and follow the light of nourishment up through your feet,
Your legs,
Your root,
Your spine,
Your neck,
Your head,
Your crown,
And back up to supreme source.
Breathe into your heart where the core of infinite source and earth merge and as you exhale,
See the life force feed every cell in your body from head to toe.
Continue to inhale and as you exhale,
See the life force expanding outside your body until about 12 feet outward.
Visualize a bubble of multicolored light surrounding you from your chakras.
Make the intention,
I only allow that which has my best interest into my space,
My body,
My mind.

With intention,
Release all energy that does not have your best interest in heart and mind to the cosmic core to be transmuted and affirm,
I take back all harmful energies I have projected at others and release them now.
I release all fear-based programs.
I release all wants and desires.
I release all hooks,
Cords and implants.
I release all ancestors and ancestral karma.
I release all soul contracts.
I release all parasites.
I release all spiritual attachments.
I release all malevolent entity attachments.
I release all 3D matrix holograms.
I release all mirror consciousness.
I release all artificial intelligence attachments and implants.
Now affirm,
I am a sovereign being protected by the light of my being.

I give thanks to infinite source.
I give thanks to Mother Earth.
I give thanks to my Oversoul,
My soul group.
