Sara Camargo Ocejo

Sara, founder of "The Tree of Life" in the Canary Islands, discovered yoga and Hinduism on a trip to Indonesia and Australia in 2008. The yogic philosophy brought her answers to many of the questions that had been troubling her from an early age. She started training in manual therapies in order to deepen her anatomical knowledge to better understand the mechanism in the postures and together with teaching yoga, it became one of her passions. Her curiosity and enthusiasm has led her to numerous trainings in aerial yoga, yin, yoga for children, craniosacral and visceral osteopathy, Thai massage, Ayurvedic & marma points, Reiki, Breathwork, meditation, sound healing... Since then, her dedication, curiosity and passion has taken her on different occasions to countries such as India, Thailand, Nepal, where she has deepened her learning and teachings, as well as sharing another of her passions which is music and therapy through sound and the use of the voice. Her work is characterised by helping others to connect with their true nature, breaking with limiting mental patterns and habits and creating healthy routines to cultivate self-love and harmony, being of vital importance the breath as a source of vital energy and the correct body alignment so that this energy can flow freely.
