Lauren Freedman

Lauren Freedman is an award-winning patient advocate, voice actor, writer, and activist. The host of Uninvisible Pod, her work is centered in deepening narratives around chronic illness and disability: raising awareness, inspiring inclusion, and providing comfort. A Health Coach-in-training, she has also trained in meditation with Insight Timer favorite Jason McGrice. Lauren graduated from London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) with a BA in Acting.
