This meditation will take you on a journey, a journey to relax your body and mind. After a difficult day, it’s time to balance your body’s energy centres so you wake in the morning feeling refreshed. To do this, I will use a different lotus flower on your seven main chakras. The meditation will gently end… allowing you to fall into a deep sleep.
