Viking Vibes

This piece of music is inspired by the Norwegian landscape and its ancient cultural heritage. The wild nature, rivers and waterfalls, the long coastline, and the beauty of the mountains have become part of my being. The harp featured in the work is a Viking instrument, the Kravik lyre. My home county, Vestfold, was one of the most significant Viking regions in Norway.

Norse history still vibrates through the land, awakening a quiet Nordic song within me. I invite you into this world — to lift your vibrations and listen to the music of the vast North.

When time opens up. When dreams open up. When the source within opens up. Isn't it wonderful when your soul reality of simply being opens up? Welcome to this journey into stillness. Right here, Right now. With gentle awareness that stillness lead you to the core of who you truly are. Awaken your heart. Awaken your soul. And shine your light. Now please take a seat in a comfortable position. Hold your spine straight with your chin parallel to the floor. Close your eyes and gently lift your gaze up without straining to the point between the eyebrows, The seat of concentration and of the spiritual eye. Now let us practice a breathing exercise to help calm the body and mind. Expel the breath through the mouth in a double exhalation. Now inhale through the nostrils and clenching the fists. Hold briefly then exhale expelling the breath through the mouth in a double exhalation. And relax all the body parts at once. Let's repeat this three times. The gaze and the tension is focused at the point between the eyebrows. Now one final time without tension. Inhale, Hold, Exhale and relax completely. Be in the moment. Feel the subtle energy of love flow through your whole being. Let it expand like glimmering lights. Allow yourself gently to deepen your awareness on the following. You being present and you being one with all that are. In this practice relax and let the breath come to you effortless and easy. We are now moving into the practice of the mantra SO HUNG. Now gently begin. Inhale on SO HUNG, Exhale on HA HUNG. Let the affirmation vibrate through your whole existence. Open up to your soul's vibrations. Now let us go deeper. Let the mantra ride on the breath. Like a quiet echo inside your heart. Let the mantra fade like mist in the morning sunlight. As we move on you are free to lift your vibrations to the music of the vast north. And imagine the harmonies of the nature and the universe echoing, Filling the space inside you and around you.
