Welcome to your morning meditation.
Where we reconnect with your gut,
The compass that has been reading rooms,
Decisions and people long before your mind caught up.
So before the day fills with logic and doubt,
We'll take a few minutes to hear what your gut already knows.
And let yourself trust a little more.
So whenever you're ready.
Let us begin.
Now find a position that feels good for your body right now.
Seated or laying down.
Whatever lets you feel supported.
You don't need to do this perfectly.
There's nothing to get right here.
Now let's have a big breath in and out.
And allowing you to settle.
To arrive.
Right here.
When you exhale,
Allow the gravity bringing you down.
Another big breath in.
And exhale.
Letting gravity pull you deeper and deeper.
And let's bring one hand to your gut.
Just below your navel.
And let it rest there.
Warm and easy.
Now breathing slowly through your nose.
And feel your hand gently rise.
And breathe out slowly.
And feel it soften.
And fall.
Let's do that a few more times.
In and out.
No rushing.
Allowing yourself to arrive in your body.
And letting your body know.
You're here.
Now gently bring to mind the change you're in the middle of.
You don't have to solve it or figure it out.
Just let it be there.
In the room with you.
And instead of asking your mind,
Ask your gut.
Softly.
What do you already know about this?
Allow yourself to feel.
As your gut is communicating with you.
Be gentle emotions,
Feelings.
And whenever the mind is trying to tell you something Just let it pass Feel with your hands.
Your gut.
Whispering.
Tell yourself silently.
I trust the part of me that knew before I had words for it.
I trust my gut.
Allow it to land.
Allow to trust yourself.
And allow yourself to listen.
Take another three more slow breaths.
With your hand still resting on your gut.
Breathe in gently and let it go.
And whenever you're ready,
Let your eyes open.
Carrying that softness with you.
And then I would like to leave you with a question.
When was my gut been right before?
Even when I doubted it.
Let it settle.
And whatever comes up first is usually the honest one.
And if you have a journal or just a piece of paper.
Let your hand write without editing.
Without trying to make it sound wise.
And see where it takes you.
Take all the time you need,
My friend.
And when you feel complete,
You can close your journal.
Take one last breath.
And carry this trust with you into the rest of your day.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself today.
Whatever came up for you in this practice,
There's no right way to have experienced it.
Wherever you are.
Is exactly where you need it to be.
If you'd like to go deeper into what we explored today,
